Trips are sold by an operator in the Unified State Register of Tour Operators (Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism'; Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 255 of 16 March 2016); register number and financial-security details are shown before booking.

3. Consumer rights and complaints

Under Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Consumer Protection' you receive essential service and pricing information, payment terms, the complaint procedure and your statutory rights.
