Packages

Each package lists included services and exclusions before purchase. Add-on festival tickets come from third-party organisers; their entry and refund rules apply and we act as intermediary only.

Price and complaints

Price, currency, payment schedule and complaint procedure appear before purchase. See Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Consumer Protection".

Pre-contractual and operator data

Tour-operator register number and financial security are published under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" and Resolution No. 255 of 16 March 2016. Operator data: Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce"; Law of Ukraine No. 755-VI "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations"; Commercial Code of Ukraine No. 436-IV.

Liability

We are not liable for third-party festival cancellations or venue decisions; our liability is limited to the package price paid (Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV).
